In exchange for a healthy, adorable kitten, we ask that you, as the new owner agree to the following

Terms of Purchase:

1) The purchaser agrees to truthfully disclose the purpose for which he is purchasing the kitten. Pet kittens may not be shown in CFA cat shows nor can they be used for breeding.

2) Kittens solds as pets will be identified as such on their CFA registration paper.

3) Purchaser agrees to neuter/spay the kitten they purchase before the kitten becomes sexually mature and able to reproduce. (Approximately 6-10 months of age.)

4) Purchaser agrees to not declaw (surgically removed front and/or back claws) the kitten. We will not sell a kitten to any person who can not truthfully agree to this stipulation. Kittens nails are clipped weekly and they are used to being clipped prior to going to new homes. We are adamant about this! If you have questions, feel free to ask.

5) Twiline allows a 5 day period for the purchaser to determine if the kitten is a good fit in it's new home. If for whatever reason the kitten does not work out, the purchaser may return the kitten within 5 days of purchase and receive a 75% refund or another kitten. The purchaser must have the kitten re-tested for FeLV/FIV and provide documentation prior to return toTwiline Siamese for the kitten/cat. No refund will be given without documentation.

6) If for any reason the purchaser becomes unable to keep the kitten after purchase, the new owner agrees to return the kitten to Twiline Siamese for placement in a new suitable home. The purchaser agrees to have the kitten/cat re-tested for FeLV/FIV before returning the kitten/cat to Twiline Siamese and to provide documentation of a negative test when returning the kitten/cat. If this occurs after 5 days, the purchaser will not receive a refund.

7) If in the unfortunate and extremely rare event that a kitten dies due to a pre-existing condition (infection, genetic defect etc.) that occured prior to purchase, Twiline agrees to replace the kitten with another kitten of the same quality and age as soon as one becomes available.

8)The above terms apply to kittens sold for showing and breeding purposes also. Further Terms of Purchase for kittens sold for showing and breeding will be discussed on an individual basis. We are happy and proud to sell our kittens to established breeders as well as novices. Our main concern is that the kittens be treated well and be bred responsibly.

9) Twiline Siamese will also offer stud service starting in October 2007. In order for your queen to be a candidate for stud service she must present with a certificate of a)updated vaccines and b)documentation of negative FeLV/FIV status dated within 5 days of arrival for stud service. Further terms of stud service will be discussed on an individual basis.

10) The purchaser will sign a contract of purchase at the time of purchase and agree to the terms stated therein.Terms of purchase are subject to change at any time before purchase by Christallin Twiline-Tabb.
