Is a Siamese Kitten/Cat Right For You?

Siamese are known as the "Supercats" of the cat world. They are extraordinary in every aspect of their personalities. They are

extremely athletic and your home is their playground! They are perceived by some as hyperactive. They love to jump from surface to surface i.e. floor to kitchen counter, to refrigerator, to cabinet top. They love to sit up on high places and will try to get as high as possible, which may mean climbing your window treatments. Siamese have energy to burn! They will travel at high speeds while playing , sometimes knocking things over in their wake. These cats also "talk" a lot. Some would perceive it as incessant. They will let you know what they want, if you don't pay attention, they will nip you gently. If you still don't pay attention, they may resort to nipping you a bit harder! Still, to know a Siamese is to love a Siamese. These active, energetic cats are also the most intelligent, affectionate and devoted companions you could ever hope for. A Siamese cat will lie at your side, on your shoulder, or on your lap and love you for hours. When it's play time or time to eat, they have to go! Siamese get along well with dogs but will beat a dog up when necessary! Our Siamese get along so well with our Miniature Pinschers that we sometimes get confused as to which is the cat and which are the dogs. They treat each other as best friends but love to chase and play with each other too. Since we socialize our kittens from birth, your new kitten will be spoiled and expect a lot of attention. They want to play with you and be a part of your life.

If you are looking for a cat that will just sit and look pretty and not knock anything over, DON'T LOOK HERE! If your expensive sofa is more important to you than your pet, please do us a favor and DON'T LOOK HERE! Our cats are brought up using a scratching post to exfoliate their nails. Their nails are also clipped weekly. If you want to de-claw your kitten, DON'T LOOK HERE!!!!! On the other hand, if you love high energy, comic antics, and an extreme personality with a talkative nature, then the Siamese cat might just be right for you!
